Besides the complaint lodged to the bank, actually i screwed another people in Jabatan Pendaftaran Negara. FYI, i have lost all my cards accidentally and im going to replace them one by one.
I had replace my myKad on the next working day which was 2 weeks ago where they informed me that after 2 weeks, i shall collect my ID. I went to JPN and they told me that my card is still processing. Again, i just whacked the guy straight on his face.
"You punya rakan kerja beritahu saya bahawa saya boleh ambil 2 minggu kemudian, sekarang 2 minggukan?
"Err, sistem kata under process, u boleh check melalui website, sms, call untuk confirm status baru mari."
"You punya orang kan ada piagam pelanggan? Passport pun hanya perlu 3 jam, u myKad tak ada kah? "
"Ya, kami tak ada piagam, u orang kena check baru datang."

By repeating the same thing asking me check before coming to the office, im fade up with his attitude. And he was so unfortunate that before he attended to me, he asked me to insert my queue number into a rating box with a scale of 4: sangat memuaskan, (forgot), tidak memuaskan. After i listened to all his rubbish, i decided to vote for the worst. Im the second customer this morning. The first one had just threw away the queue number and i was the first who vote him for the day.
p/s: that's not the only fact to my judgement, another reason which have me vote him for the worst is because he still applying hand lotion at his working time 7.30am and only start work at 7.35, and another few minutes for him to start the pc, key in ID bla bla bla!!!

A letter to SCB
To whom it may concern,
I'm totally dissatisfied with the customer service being delivered by Standard Chartered customer care representatives. Besides, there is no standardization across the message being delivered.
Background:
I've reported a lost credit card and requested a card replacement. I received a call from SCB to do the second verification process which was completed on 7 Mar. The CSR told me that within 3-4 working days i will receive the credit card, and once again i confirmed with her that it should be delivered to my office address.
First call experience:
Since i have an urgency for the card, i have called in to check the status and requested to have self collection. I'm glad at this point of time, he had promised me that he will raise to the vendor and expedite the process since self collection is not feasible.
Second call experience:
I have been waiting for 7 working days, and i called in at end of the 7th working day. He told me that it is underway to my office. He has been telling me that i have to wait for 7 working days for the card delivery which i have wondering why does it take to so long to deliver within KL area. The line dropped.
Third call experience:
I waited for a while and there is no follow up calls from SCB. Do you all really care the customers that called in? Nonetheless, i called in again. This CSR told me a second version with more 'updated' status. He told me that the card was delivered on the 11 Mar, and i was being reassured by him that i will be receiving my card on the following day. I asked him for his confirmation and he was pretty sure on this. I have voiced my disappointment as well as my dissatisfaction.He pronounced himself as 'Riza'. In just 10mins time, the status can be changed so differently.
Forth call experience:
The CSR was Kitsiri. His first reply to me on the status was the card is on delivery should be reaching my hand soon. I gave him a second chance to confirm his statement and he say yes! I screwed him terribly and he refresh the system and told me another version. "Sorry Mr, I have just refresh the screen and it showed the CC was a returned mail from POS laju." Are the CSRs know which is the latest information to be communicated? I asked him for a solution for me and he did not appear helpful in the sense of assisting the customer. I requested to talk to his superior-'Cynthia' but he refused to. I'm not sure whether he refused to, or his superior want to be denial. I told him straight to his face that, what are the facts that he is going to convince me? I requested to talk to his superior because i want someone to hold the accountability and tell me what is going on there!!
In short, SCB CSRs are just trying to please the customers at that point of time with no follow up actions, no effort in assisting the customers, and to tell all the false statements. A 'great' Customer Service from a foreign bank. 'Good JOB'!!!!
Start counting from today,i do not know how many days i have to wait to get back my credit card. From urgently needed, becoming a card which is nice to have.

Slaves
Well, a good 'masterpiece' of mine had set myself up in front of my boss. Shit!
Not long ago, one of the actuarial staff asked me the name of one of my colleagues in finance department. He wanna send her email but do not know her full name. He said that he is maintaining a floor plan map which have all the actuarial names and their seating location. He asked me to extend it for the second half of the floor which is the finance department.
Guess many of them would see me as the best person in doing so as I'm the one who know almost 99% of the staff besides the secretary. Some of the actuarial new trainee, I might not know them but if i have the chance i will try to make friends with them.
Hence, i agreed with him and try to extend the map. However, his map was too simple and i can't stop myself from re-building another new one with colour labelling.
I build this with the intention of internal circulation and hence my wording would be more informal. I labelled those senior management team (manager and above) but not the rest. I labelled all as 'Other Slaves'
I sent my latest version to the secretary to the CFO and also the founder of the map. However, the secretary directly sent it to the bosses telling me that they like to have this kind of floor plan so that they can know their staffs better.
The problem was, they notified me after they sent to bosses when they found out the label. I was like stunned. She even quoted my name:" Produced by vincent."
OMG!!! I dunno whether the bosses aware of the label anot but i hope they wont have hard feeling over that. haiz!!

Overtaking!
Driving in KL and Kampar is absolutely two different things. In KL, you have to cut in here and there in order to reach your destination on time. I'm not expecting reach earlier but just to be on time, unless you are traveling at real non-peak hour (mid-night).
Hence, driving in KL for more than a year, i already used to the traffic here and also how to cut in when i need to cut in. However there is something that i dislike very much.
Although i cut into other lanes, but i will ensure myself that i give the signal, of course it will be 2 seconds before i wanna cut in. This step is just to protect myself upon any accident and i am questioned by the police that why no signals given.
But sometimes, i give signals when i was stuck in the jam to switch lane. I hate those motorbikes that coming from far and im sure he/she see my signaling, but still this JB will horn you like hell and stare at you when he/she cross by. If you do not want to let others switch lane, keep your speed and knock the fellow off, else just let me do so and keep your horn silent. If i were the one who cause you to have emergency brake, i will say sorry.
I have a damn good feel today. Why? Coz i lose in on switching lane game. I gave signal, but that stupid,lcly,JB, f**king toyota keep pushing in.Again, I'm sure i gave him enough time to brake and let me go through, but jsut he don't want to let me doing so and horned me. I din even bother to look at him but just look at another direction.
I was provoked to 'fight' with him and my car was going to kiss the back of the car in front. At this time, a van from my left having a better position successfully cut in and hence i lose in the fight. However coz that toyota wanna fight with me, he continue to accelerate and he was so close with the van.
Neither of them wanna stop and continue going, and i was like watching a movie. I was so glad that finally, the van 'kissed' the toyota and his side mirror is scratched. Yes! Bingo!!!! He deserved it!!!
Although i lose, but i was happy. Lol!!

The same day, I was offered to attend another Awards Presentation Night in Sunway Convention Centre. This was a Regional one and there will be another 2 colleagues attending the National one.
The first 4 dishes were actually the same with what i had at noon time. Lousang, Shark Fin (of course this time real one), Chicken and Patin Fish. Lol

Change Face and Clothes performance. We saw the flaw and actually someone pulling the costume behind the board, but not sure bout the face.

However, when the CEO came around the table, my table left my colleague and me alone. It’s like finance was having one table for the event. Many of them were asking what finance doing over there? To be frank, we served no purpose but for us a strategic team, it is good for us to know the people and ease our work in future.
Sad to note, CEO had banned our request to attend National. Not sure what was the reason but then so disappointing! Luckily I was able to attend at least the Regional.

No Water Supply
In the morning, we just discussed bout no power supply and wondering which one will be worse if comparing against water and power supply. My answer is water.
And on the same day, what a coincidence, my house has no water supply. WTF!!! I din even know about that and no notification letter was sent to my house. Im pretty sure bout this.
I was at home about 9 sumthg and im going to take a shower without sensing any difference of the tap. I just applied hair shampoo and the heater suddenly not functioning and the pump accelerator was just like died down. I tried several ways, pushing the reset button, on and off, turn on the tap again and again. Finally i gave up and i decided to try on the water tap. I have to squat down and clean my hair.
Knowing that it could be no water supply, i quickly washed my hair and use a pail to collect the water before i continue my next 'step'. When it was about enough for my body, i tried. And what the hell it just stopped. I dried up myself, wrapped with a towel, walked to next door and asked whether they have water supply anot. Surprisingly none of them know about that before trying.They advised me to go another relative house which also next door where no people staying there. The sink should have enough water for me to bath.
Fortunately, i was able to take my bath there and the night was so hot. I wanted to take another bath before i sleep also cannot. Argh!!! And of course obviously i did not bath the next morning before work.
Please please please, can the board inform us earlier for any disruption like this? I dun want one day i will be wrapping myself with a towel plus shampoo bubbles all over my body.Fuck!
