Stupid Message

Well, i capture this image in one of the monorail station in Kl. I found that this message is so funny can die....



1) if this message to users: izit me peeing to the bowl or the bowl pee to me? (digunakan???)
2) if this message for bowls: how can it flush itself?

Who is the stupid person who wrote this? luckily the english version still correct and readable.
