Kudat Part II

Lets have a look on my third destination. It is named Pantai Pak Pak. There is nothing much I can explain on it except pictures…. AS we reached there too early, we have nowhere to go and just go to the tip of borneo earlier then planned hoping that there will be any special place we should visit. The result was this beach which is out of expectation.









We arrived at The Tip of Borneo around 4pm but the sunset time is around 6.30pm. Why we choose to wait instead of going round? The road to the tip is rocky and uneven. You are not able to bear the journey for 4 times in a day except you owned a four wheel drive.







So you can see my lazy style!!!!! haihz!!



Our main focus was the sunset view there. It was so beautiful and clear. We can view thoroughly from the sky and vanish at the horizontal line of the sea.









The wind is so strong there and even can blow me away if I not be aware of it. Look at their hairs….

Kudat Part I

Msg to MDBC - Forgive me for putting this post(again a post bout travelling) to KUDAT. A place well-known as The Tip of Borneo, the highest viewpoint for sunset.

I will not talk much on preparation work, but i just directly go through on places that we visited. We supposed to visit this place since first year but due to many reasons, we cant make it. As now we are third year students and we no longer can wait, we decided to go just at weekend for two days one night. ( Just to reduce my regret for paying so much to Sabah) LOL!!

The first destination of us were the habitat of this bird.



They are more lucky then human as they can go for walk at a nice beach. Let me show you the proof. The footprints of ostrich are more then human's one.



The seaside beside the ostrich farm is so wide and clear. Ostrich shit can be found everywhere. And this is my master piece named 'Love Shit'



The end of the farm, there is a part for ostrich show but then we no chance to watch it. They jsut let us to ride on it and take photographs. When i was on it, i felt a bit guilty as my weight is approaching seventies. However it still can support my weight without struggling. LOL!!

Besides the ostrich there is a 'burung tiong' there. It know how to say assamualaikum and bising!! hehe!!



There are some old fashion house or better said wooden built, which are in bad condition. In such a place, what do will y ou think be inside?



Sure are those fairies and master who mastering some ultimate skills like us....LOL





The second destination was our accomodation but i will explain it details in part 2 under dinner sub topic. Before that, i show some of our lunch pics!!! All are seafood meal.

Among those foods, the most that i like is the prawn.
1) No need to peel its shell. All done
2) The taste suits our appetite
3) The prawns are fresh and full-flesh

Total damage of this meal was RM80.20 Not too expensive not too cheap. JUst normal. Just the environment of eating already worth for the payment. It is located just beside the seashore and we can enjoy the wind and also the view. It is named Esplanade Sidek. If you lived in Kudat and you are a couple then there is a place where you much bring your gf, coz the places around all lie HOng Kong movies port. You can flirt there while enjoyng the view at night....Syok!!!

Creativity of Modern Student

Today was my first day to attend lecture on principle of management. This course is taught by a big size lecturer but with a funny characteristic without losing the sense of strictness.

The first time i deal with him was during registration time. I gave him 2 registration forms on behalf of my coursemate. However he noticed that and asked me who is the other one.

I said:" coursemate."

he:" Why she is not here, where are she?"

I replied:" She is at hometown at the moment and mayb due to some family problem." (im telling a lie)

He replied:" If there were any family problems ask her to write me a letter then i wil sign for her, you are trying to find an excuse for your friend!!! Your girlfriend?"

I swinged my head and just smile without sayig anything. He is my lecturer!!

This post focus is not his characteristic but his students in the class. He was teaching management on doing something like time management and so on. He gave us a simple example of producing 100 packets nasi lemak.

He asked:" What is the ingredients of making a nasi lemak?"

................................................

Students answer:"Rice!!"

he answered:"yes of course i noe nasi lemak got nasi, what else??"

Students:" Lemak!!"

He:"(laughing) what a nice answer. nasi lemak got nasi and lemak."

After he pointed out all those ingredients such as samabls, cucumber, ikan bilis, and so on, he further asked how is the process of doing 100 package in the morning? What we should start and which should be the last?

..............................................................

Again after a thought, students answer:" cook the rice."

But he say no, and keep asking what are other options. Some say boil the egg and some say cook the curry and some say cut the cucumber. He said all wrong.

Again he re-asked his question, a student answer like this:" Pluck the banana leaves." (ring of laughter)

He reli choked with what we answered. Finally he still accept the answer of plucking and askign whats nexT? Those creative students said:" Wash the banana leaves."

Again he wanna fainted. He shouted at students:" Ok, nothing more do with banana leaves, assume all done and what suppose to do next??" Silence..................

So whats your idea of preparing nasi lemak? If you match my lecturer answer, you are pass in management studies. (no answer from my coursemate)

Application of Physics

Fellow students were back to their own university to have their responsibilities done. Some are last year while others are last second year. Our scope of study seems narrowing and converging towards our major study which are relevant to our future perspective. Assignments are coming, test and quiz are coming. From a very relax life back to a suffocating one. The word which students often brings at mouth is 'stress'.

I do preview some of my senior left notes and im scratching my head as i have totally no idea of it. Previously, at least i will understand what am i learning but now.....

SPEECHLESS

Yesterday night while i was trying to relax myself, i approached my housemate and disturbed them. I saw something so logic in her msn message box. NOw physics student start to apply it please......

P = F / A

where P = pressure (which i translate it into stress)
F = force (which i define it as those assignments, test and quiz)
A = surface of where you apply to (so this is pointing to ourselves)

The formula is pressure equals to force divided by the surface. It means that larger surface will reduce pressure recived as it is distributed and vice versa.Since we are reciving force from our lecturers, studies and so on, how can we reduce stress? It is so obvious from the formula.

The only way to reduce stress is to increase surface of ourselves. It simple says that eat more, exercise less, carrying with one objective-->> be a fat guy/ girl. By increasing our surface stress is widely distributed and we wont be so suffering.

(should i post it in to science direct as a journal? LOL)

She'd gone

She’d gone. She was another lost for me. Few months ago when my friend always picking her to clinic or hospital, they said in such a case, my family would have a funeral. Indeed, she fight for so long, in half year, she undergo 2 operations and admitted to hospital for 3 times. Finally, the last time, she cant stand anymore. She had to leave us. I cant even pay her a visit to see her last face in hospital.



Still etched in my memory, the day before she went to KL hospital she told me:” I will be going for few days and will be back soon, don’t worry, take good care of the house.” I just nodded. I never thought that was the last time I saw her. 2 weeks later, I back Sabah. Listen from my uncles that she seems getting well and hopefully can discharge in few days time. I was glad to hear that. However they never never thought that it was those Chinese said 回光返照. A day later, she cant eat and vomited. She became very weak and cant talk at all.

The regret for my grandpa last time was I cant see his last face as well. Few months ago I told my family that I don’t want it to happen once again in front of me. My grandpa was rushed back to hometown when dr said he cant stand no longer. But once he reach our house he passed away where I still in school. I just able to genuflect towards his coffin and told him that I was back. Im doing the same again to my grandma. I cant pay her a last visit when in hospital time and this was my forever regret which cant be repay.

Morning 6.30am I get the call from my mom to get knew of this news. After my registration I rushed back to her funeral at once. When I arrived at my home, I saw all my uncles and aunties looks like nothing and they just talk and laugh like usual, so do I. I joked with my relatives, we laugh during the ceremonies and just like nothing.



I guessed myself in such an atmosphere I wont cry. 2 night ceremonies done. That was the last day and we need to send my grandma the last journey. The ‘culprits’ that made me cry were them.




They did nothing but just played some sorrow music. Especially when they played 念亲恩. The music and lyrics touched my heart. It controls my mind and I cant hold my tears. Although Im not her son or daughter but just grandson. I will recalled the days I lived with her, the days she scolded me or I scolded her, days when she still able to walk. All jogging in my mind. They were so clear and fresh. When I kneed down to send my grandma last journey, I did cried again!!!





I will never see my grandma forever in my future but just in photos and memories. May she rest in peace in another world. I will miss her, forever and ever.

决定智商的八对基因全部都是位于 X染色体上面，在此先复习男女性是如何来的：

从这其中我们总结出：你要判断一个男生聪不聪明，看他妈妈就知道了。

可是，要怎么判断一个男生的妈妈聪不聪明，我们用机率来算：
真正经典的计算开始咯。。。
• 生男孩的机率 = ½；生女孩的机率 = ½。
• 生男孩的时候，母亲对于男孩智商的影响力 = 1
• 生女孩的时候，母亲对于女孩智商的影响力 = ½

所以说母亲跟父亲对于下一代智商的影响力(期望值)的比例：
1*½ + ½ *½ : 0*½ + ½ *½
= 0.75 ： 0.25
= 3 ： 1
= 母 ： 父

所以：
1. 如果你是男生，如果你觉得你很笨的话。你千万要娶一个聪明的女生来。这样你小孩翻盘的机率还有七成五，人生还是充满了希望。
2. 如果你是女生，如果你觉得你很笨的话，你毁人家子孙的机率有七成五，如果你恨谁，就嫁给他吧。（这句话真够绝啊。。。）

life at sabah for 3 days

Resting is to for longer distance travel, however in my opinion for now, it dependant on how long you rest. If after a long period of relaxing without worries, you will never ever wish to pick up those burdens on your shoulder anymore. Everything seems different and your life twisted up and down.

For my previous months at home, i slept at wee hours, wake at evening time around 2pm or 3pm. I swear to myself at that moment that i would never practice this again at sabah. I need to sleep and wake early. I have to revise my books and work out on my thesis more often. Gaming time just part of my day and should not be my life.

3days being here and indeed something changed. I wont keep on playing games when im alone but i will easily provoked by housemate. At least i work out something on my project but not much till now. Every morning i opened my eyes, i have to look for my meal. At sabah i will be worrying one more thing which is after the 'peak' time, there will be no more mix rice sold. At night when hungry there wil not have breads or milo available conveniently.

No people will bring fruits to me or even buy for me. Maybe due to the food, i just like feeling not so well at my stomach. Do big 'busines' few times a day. Thats why no matter where you go, home still is the best place, best shade for you. You will need not to worry for anything except your own problems.

I still recalled that few days before my flight my mom ady start packing my things. She found few boxes as i planned to send over here by post initially. I just saw that everyday i approaching the box, there will be something new inside. Something even is i never thought of bringing over.

I knew my mom dislike my lifestyle and keep on mumbling. But she still show her concern to me and my thing. Although i looked like nothing, but i feel it. I really appreciate all the things she done and thought for me. Mom, thanks a lot.

How long i need to adapt to the hectic life here again? i tink weeks will do. At least let the school begins!!

zzzzzzZz

2 months time might be very long for many persons including myself, but it was my point of view two months before. If you fully use up beneficially, then you will end up enjoying and without complains. For me who went nowhere, did nothing, sure is like wasting time at home!

Since i kept on blaming as it was a boring period. However they teased me that i tried something which others unable to try it even though damn free. It was a new experience to me, they said. It sounds like so interesting, but in fact they were talking about my operation. They were right, seldom people will have the same experience like me but i hope it will be a memorable one.

Looking at this post, sure all the readers knew that im back to the bad bad place again. All my holidays ended and hardship is in store for me. Worrying my study this sem, my project, and so on!!!! My best partner throughout these period will be my lovely games. LOL!!!!!

There was an argument that addictive gamers will be considered as mentally disorder just like gambling. I wish that this wont valid as i think i might bound to be part of them!! Haihz!!

last day of the camp

There was no training for the last day. Early in the morning was the work out, which was the cleaning section for the school compound. Further still, there was a dialogue session between members and all ajks. Maybe they were still young enough and dare not to speak out their dissatisfaction as all department’s head were there. However if I was one of the camper, I wont so silent there, but to ‘shoot’ as much as I could!! Lol!!!

Another satisfaction for me was, there were two best individual achievements in my group. One was the best leader and another was the best male camper.





Due to the abundance of bread loaves, QM head ordered to distribute those extras to best ajk which was voted by members. However, all those ajks whose name was inside the voting list eligible for the bread. Haihz, I just get a loaf of bread. Sob!!!

day 2 camp

Second day din differed much from the first day. Just the night gaming session at night changed to a programe named ‘wira cadet’. From the name, you can guess this was a individual achievement as they were called ‘wira’ (hero).

There were 7 stations, difficulties and type of assessment all based on individual. Among 45 campers, there were 16 were heros / heroins, but in an extended time session as within 2 hours time they haven produced any ‘wira’

The emphasis of today’s post was the emergency case launched at midnight. About all campers and committee need to be there. 8 instructors were requested to be the casualty. 8 groups divided to handle each case.

Half hour before the ‘event’, we need to do some makeup. This was the only course which I missed during secondary school. Guess why since I so active? Coz at the time they fall in, me as a prefect chasing students who were playing truant at the hill side. Haihz!!! Sob!!!! Even though I ignorant of how to make the dough, but at least I still know ‘design’ it with the knowledge I obtained. (cant compare with those in movies)



















It is unfair for introducing the ‘product’ but not the ‘creator’. LOL. All the cases and casualties were directly under their supervision and advice.



As a casualty, we should pro enough to enable the first aider handle smoothly. Conscious patient should act according the symptom of the illness, and shout for pain. Never just sit there and being too ‘cooperate’ with them. HEHE!! Unconscious patient you should sleep and give no response to anything happen around. Trust the ajk around you. Any misgivings they will point out. But how bout this??? Our casualty was under ‘molesting’.



Haha in fact, it just angle matters. However, if those judges around never remind him, the casualty will be really molested. Haha!!

day 1 camp

Finally I survived from the camp. A 3 days 2 nights camp, totally let me knew my body limit. Which I can and which I cant! Suppose I should be lack of sleep for two nights but it seems one more day extra. The day before entering the camp, I slept at 2am which I need to wake up later at 5 something.

Early in the morning, after a short brief from camp commander, we had to put ourselves into the spirit. Proper attire, no dialek, cool face, and so on! Me as an instructor had to manage a team comprising 12 members. Before starting the camp, we were ordered to get knew of all members as we had to give assessment to them. I found it rather hard, but when I fully devoted into it, it was something easy. Every member has their own characteristic and it made me how to recognize them.

This camp rundown, either foot drill or first aid. This camp was aimed for their future examination on 10/6. Throughout the camp there will be marching test, lectures, emergency simulation, and discipline training. Since it was a training camp, cooking was something unavoidable as well. First night, I just slept for 3 hours 15 mins. After the members lights out, we still need to attend a camp review for all ajk, and after that a short briefing within instructors. Settled down all its around 2am. This post seems so unfair comparing to others. Follow members whole days, meeting always, sleep later then member and all ajk, but also wake earlier then all ajk and members. Haihz!!! Who ask me to choose to participate??

Day one just go through and that’s a cooling period for the members. Let them start adapt themselves to the camp and hoping tomorrow will be better!!
