Finally I got it!!

Not long ago, my MSN tagline was "Finally I got it!".

Consequences:

Lots of my friends (even for those long lost friend)keep messaging me asking me the same question:" Who do u get? Get a girlfriend ady? "

Well, do i really look so desperate in looking for a gf? They gave me a feeling that, i finally saw my rainbow. Haiz. If i were happen to have one gf now, i will definitely announce to the world and i wont use the word finally. It sounds like it is a bit forceful.

Anyway, let me clarify abit on the tagline. I was obsessed by the very first online game in Msia since i was in Form 5 if not mistaken. I'm looking forward to play tat again and very sad to say, we need to pay for the original server. No matter how, im really desperate in it and i downloaded few private servers and after few trials and errors, i got one playable version which can FINALLY satisfy me.

So everyone clear now? I dare not to have that tagline any longer but to remove it. LOL....

PWP Conf, Banca Dinner, Staff Comm

Recently, my blog is more towards events’ update instead of my personal life and feeling. I was glad that I was given the chance /invitation to these events as it broaden my exposure, and experience. In a stretch of five days, I participated in 3 events where it covered the whole company.
Why would I say so? The first event was Premier Wealth Planner Conference in Genting for the agency force. Secondly, it was a dinner invitation from bancassurance team where the Financial Services Consultant (FSCs) and the bank staff gather together. Lastly, was a staff communication session in Renaissance Hotel for a theme launch of the year.
Hence, these 5 days, I was able to meet all the sales force as well as the management team. I will share some of the moments at the below:

When I was looking at the profile of this Malay Session speaker, Mr Fazley, he was the one with lowest profile and I didn’t expect much from him. However, he did a very good job and the session was interactive and conducive. He showed few videos which was meaningful, he tell jokes, and he was really good, but I wonder why all his examples must be related to bathroom. Zzzz. Few eg which I still recalled:
1. For men and women, we can see a difference through teeth brushing. Men while brushing, their mind was only programmed to do brushing but not something else. When he opened the water tap, having the water flow freely, his speed of brushing will be following the flow. The faster the flow, the faster he brushes his teeth. 95% of the men are the same (as quoted from him). However, women can do a lot of things while brushing. They can continue brushing with external disturbance.
2. Sequence of cleaning up after sleep. From the sequence, we can know the behavior of the people. Few combinations like: face-bath-pee; bath-face-pee; pee-face-bath, or doing all the things together. Detail explanation of the behavior, you might need to find from his book, but I know the correct sequence is : pee-face-bath. Reason being: We have accumulated all the toxics in the body after a long sleep and we should clear all this before we could start with something else. After this, you have to wash your face because you need to give ur brain a signal that, im ready for the rest of the day, please instruct me for the next action which is bathing and you are done with the beginning.
Another 2 learning points:
3. Trusted that many of you might received the email asking you to draw a circle clockwise with your right leg and draw a figure 6 with your right hand. You will notice that at the time you draw your 6, the direction of your leg is either changed or messed up. If you can do so, which means you have an Einstein’s brain where you had developed your left and right brain well. These group of people normally having higher IQ. Guys, can try it. =)
4. Just a short one to the girls. Never trust a guy who is laughing without any movement at their stomach, because they are lying to you. It’s a fake one. LOL

I can say that this was a fun event and I did enjoy much in it. I am looking forward to the next agency event.
Now the focus change to the banca team. It was a small celebration since we have just <30 FSCs.

I would like to share on their dessert as it was a combination of few cuisine

Lastly, the staff communication. Our theme for the year is to hit 1b sales. Everyone was so excited on that day with all the announcements and achievements.


I like agency people as they have a strong bond among each other.

Farm Villa

I knew this is a popular game in facebook community. Heard from the fm, even aunties are playing on this. I'm not so familiar with the features of this game but i know more or less is like farming.

Today, i heard a great metaphor of this game to our real life. Let me teach you a lesson now.

Farming is like courting a girl. The very first thing you have to do is to locate a land for your farming (find your target). Next you have to do is to hoe the land (which is to take action on your target). Once you have done with all the 'preparation' work, its the time to sow seed (pour your love).

And definitely you would agree that not every seeding will be successfull. You could have face the failure if your 'sowing' method is not correct. For this session, we assume the seeding is a success one. What's next for the 'plant' to grow?

First thing, water the plant. Constant watering is needed (sms, call and sweet words). You have to apply fertilizer occasionally for a healthy growth (presents, surprises). If you can do all these, it seems to be a guarantee success.

But, it is not..

What are the other conditions that will spoil the plant? 'Worms'. Hence, you have to actively look for the 'worms' (love enemy) before it eat the whole plant. You need to kill these worms before it is too late.

Last step to secure your success will be? Hire a 'guard' / a 'dog' in your farm to protect it, to prevent others to steal your plant. How should we translate this 'guard'? It means we need a spy around the plant and constantly block 'outsiders' from the invasion.

Everything looks exactly the same as farming. I found it funny when i heard others asking the couple, are you watering your plant? (calling her dear)

For me, where am i now? My land is occupied by others and i have to source for another land now. Haiz..

Xmas & New Year

This 2 public holidays just happened to be so nice to fall on a friday. For working groups, they enjoyed it as a long weekend, for family, they can have a long vacation with their children, for couple, it is the best time for them for a short trip (maybe not for the new couples).

For those working groups who are single, it could be a 'nightmare' to them. Why would i say so? People around always asking about what is your plan for this eve?

Luckily i had a wedding dinner on 25th which led me to back to my hometown on the eve. At least i still have companion for the weekend. Something funny was that those working in KL went back kampar for dinner and my mom came all the way to KL for another wedding dinner.

Another week passed, and here comes the new year eve. The same problem come again and i'm actively searching for companion. It is very envious when looking at those couples, looking forward to their date, those parents looking forward to celebrate with their family. Particularly when CFO declared a casual day for the eve where every staff in my level can wear casual on the day. Of course it does help those who planned for a date directly after work, but not for me.

Let's come back on how i spent my eve. I was able to have 3 single fellow for a movie. And actually i was having a gastric when i dated them, but no choice but to proceed with my aching stomach to the cinema. The show ended at about 8pm and i walked alone along the street from KLCC to my working place. Can feel the atmosphere along the way as there were lots of bar & pubs.

I was suffering while driving all the way back home and once i reached, i was nearly fallen. After a quick bath, i laid on my bed like a dead fish. So torturing when i was resting, phone calls keep coming in asking for an outing which i was not able to attend. Pity.

Toss and turn for few hours and finally i fall asleep after 12am. Thanks god. Woke up at noon time the other day. That's my NEW YEAR. =)

Division Camp 2009 - St John

Looking at the length of this post, you will understand why I need to take such a long time to update my blog. I have to go through about 1,103 pictures to come out with these selected explanatory and funny pictures.

Venue : SMJK PEI YUAN, KAMPAR
Event : St John Division Camp 2009 (fun camp)

All these time (at least since my time in St John), there were always training camp. It’s either physical or discipline or marching training. Of course, there will still have some fun elements in it with a very limited time.

All these while, I’m enthusiast in growing my division in Pei Yuan after I graduated. However, I’m just into the training part. 2 years ago, I went back for a training camp where many of the seniors willing to come back and make it a success. Last year, I was still actively involved in training competitors. My madam did persuade me to join as officer and take her baton after my degree. Nonetheless, I do not want to tie down myself in this. I knew I will have less time for them along the time. I’m always wanted to have a fun camp for them.

Luckily, my friend is very keen in St John and he is an officer for the division. I proposed to him and he accepted my idea. Yeah, I feel good!!!! I started to plan for the programme. Since I took over the spine of this camp which is the programme and fun activities, I started to seek or suggestions and ideas.

I brought all the games that I played during company team building, my PRUyoung taleng programme, internet, and friends’ suggestions together into this camp. As myself is in KL, I have less time to really discuss with my team on the rundown nor the programmes. 90% of the programme was from me. However, they helped me a lot in the camp. Thanks to my game committee. Your backup ideas and mini games are brilliant and too bad we have no enough time to complete all. We will make it again next year (if possible)
